Dodd has more than 20 years of professional practice experience in facilities that support the process of aging. His expertise includes independent and assisted living centers, health and wellness centers, healthcare and sub acute care units, and Alzheimer and memory management care units. Dodd also leads our firm's efforts with design on many projects, including renderings and graphic project images. This talent also supports our efforts with institutional and museum projects. Two of Dodd's Long Term Care Projects have been published by the AIA Press, and several other projects have received design awards from the American Institute of Architects and other allied organizations. These include the H.A. Traub Technical Center for Busak + Shamban in New Haven, Indiana and our own corporate office and studios. Dodd is experienced in all phases of project development, and with his experience in the long term care project market, he is knowledgeable of coordinating the architectural process with Medicaid and Medicare requirements, public and private financing and marketing efforts for the project.
