MKM has been commissioned as the architect of the Northeast Indiana Rural Business Development Center project, by Region III-A Economic Development District & Regional Planning Commission. This 32,000 square foot incubator for the development of clean manufacturing and green technology start-up companies will be located at the intersection of State Road 8 and State Road 3 in Avilla, Indiana. The center will be designed as a highly sustainable development, compliant to the USGBC’s LEED certification standard.
