Benedict Published in DESIGN Environments for Aging

Zachary Benedict, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP was published in the March 2008 issue of DESIGN Environments for Aging. His article “Design that drives social engagement” discussed how modern design of continuing care facilities must accommodates residents’ social engagement. “Homelike” environments will soon not be enough to attract the aging Baby Boomer market, but rather these environments must strive to be “community-like.”
