Michiana Rehabilitation Hospital Under Construction

MKM has been awarded the contract for the new Michiana Rehabilitation Hospital located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Ground was recently broken for the 46,000 square foot, free-standing building. The single story facility will contain 40 private rehabilitation beds, an extensive physical therapy suite, an activities for daily living apartment (ADL), and a full service kitchen. Ziolkowski Construction, South Bend is the construction manager. Construction is expected to be complete in the spring of 2010.
