MKM ranked Top 40 in BD+C’s Senior Living Facility Architecture Firms Report
MKM architecture + design (MKM) has been recognized as one of the nation’s Top 40 Senior Living Facility Architecture Firms by Building Design + Construction (BD+C) Magazine.
The announcement is a part of the 50th edition of BD+C’s 2026 Giants 400 report, which ranks the nation’s most prominent Architecture and Engineering firms based on revenue across 25 building sectors and specialty categories and six AEC disciplines (architecture firms, architecture/engineering firms, engineering firms, engineering/architecture firms, contractors, and construction management firms). The final report includes 137 individual rankings, which will be released throughout late 2026 and early 2027.
This year’s announcement places MKM at #32, a major jump from #56 in 2025.
“Senior living campuses are challenged to meet the wide range of needs of an aging population while ensuring these places prioritize the autonomy and dignity of those served. We are fortunate to partner with innovative leaders who are leveraging the built environment as a critical tool to assist them in improving the well-being of older adults on their own terms,” Dodd Kattman, AIA, LEED AP, Principal, MKM, said.
