Andrew Mitchell, AIA, ACHA, NCARB, Associate Principal

For Andy Mitchell, solving clients’ problems starts with the ability to listen and ask the right questions to deliver appropriate solutions. He is deeply experienced in practical implementation, recognizing that while each client is unique, all face an evolving healthcare industry that requires providers to do more with less. As a proven leader of complex projects, Andy is constantly seeking innovations that enable clients to lower costs while improving service. He is particularly interested in refining MKM’s deployment of Lean design and waste-reducing techniques to find new ways to benefit clients.  He also brings extensive experience from work with for-profit healthcare companies and has delivered major projects employing the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach.
