AIA, Senior Associate
As a practicing architect, Megan Crites has dedicated her time and energy to the improving health and well-being through design. Focusing on long-term care and behavioral health environments, she has researched and developed designs for large and small scale projects from concept to construction.
Leading diverse design teams on varying building types and systems has enabled her to effectively and efficiently collaborate with clients and contractors. As Senior Associate, Meg manages staff workflow and is passionate about contributing to the firm’s growth and team development. Beyond her work at MKM, Meg is the founder of the N.E.W. (Nontraditional Employment for Women) Workshop Fort Wayne, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering and inspiring young women through collaboration with female leaders in nontraditional careers.
