Megan Crites, AIA, RID, Senior Associate

As a practicing Architect, Megan has dedicated her time and energy in the improved health and well being for those she serves.  Focusing on long-term care, senior living and mental & behavioral health environments, she has researched and developed designs for large-scale and small-scale projects from concept to occupancy.

Leading diverse design teams on varying building types and systems, has enabled Megan to effectively and efficiently collaborate with Owners and contractors.  A key focus for her, through research, is staying attuned to varying sociologic and psychologic backgrounds and keeping in mind that how a person utilizes their building or space is a direct correlation to the user themselves.

Contributing to the firms growth and specifically the development of the MKM team, is a great passion and value of Megan’s.  Her devotion for helping others carries through the MKM and her community.  Megan leads other professional females in empowering the youth of her community with knowledge and connections for their future careers and opportunities.
